Afternoon Coffee, with Woody

Today I am drinking some afternoon coffee and don’t want to have to worry about all the caffeine, but it’s also not late at night, so I reached for One Village Coffee’s Evening Blend.  This is a 50/50 blend of decaf and regular coffees. Both coffees hail from South America giving this coffee its rich body and deep smoothness. The aroma is earthy and smoky with hints of dark chocolate (if you look for it, there is even a hint of roast beef in the dry aroma). In the cup the coffee is bursting with cocoa, sour cherry and a hint of smokiness. It is a rich, full-bodied coffee with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.

    Hello Woody,

    Just want to tell you what great coffee you offer. I continue to enjoy the rich aroma of the beans,even until the very bottom of the bag. I’ve never experienced such consistency in smell and flavor in any other coffee I’ve tried. A close friend, who’s a big coffee lover, couldn’t tell the difference between the decaf and regular. I treated him to a bag of one of your decaf varieties, and he was very impressed with it.
    You definitely have a gift for making coffee!
    I became interested in your company because I have a child through the Mama Project, and once I tasted the coffee, I was hooked.
