It’s nighttime, and you want a cup of coffee but don’t want to be up all night.  So, what do you do?  How about you reach for a bag of One Village Coffee decaf.  We have several blends and single origins sure to please even the most finicky coffee drinkers. All of our Decaf coffees here at One Village Coffee are processed using a water decaf method, which is a chemical-free, natural process.  Take our House Blend Decaf for example.  Upon grinding this coffee, it has a deep and slightly smoky aroma in the pot and an underlying brightness. The initial flavor of this coffee black is a smoky and rich flavor, with an underlying fruity sweetness.  There is also a nutty, almost roasted peanut flavor in the cup. Adding a small bit of cream and sugar (I like raw sugar) adds to the nuttiness of the coffee bringing that more to the forefront. This years #1 coffee went for over $20 a pound, and that’s before roasting!
