Morning Coffee, with Woody
One of our core values here at One Village Coffee is the value of seeking to improve our product quality and how we can better serve you, the customer, by continuing to learn. With that goal in mind, this past weekend Scott and I went to the Northeast Region Roasters Retreat Weekend. The goal of the weekend was to get to know the other roasters and shop owners in our region, and to increase our knowledge of all things dealing with roasting and our business. We had some really great instructors and some amazing hands on learning time. It was great to spend a weekend with some other people as geeked up as we are about bringing the freshest, most amazing coffee to our customers. It was also a time to help us keep our focus on the coffee, and to strive to always bring you the best coffee possible.
In the end, the weekend was a reminder to us of why we started One Village Coffee: To never stop striving to bring you the best possible coffee to never stop trying to help make a difference one village at a time.
