If you are dissatisfied with your One Village Coffee order in any way, please contact Customer Support at support@onevillagecoffee.com or 215-721-4818 no later than 30 days after your date of purchase.  Please provide your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied with your order.  We will get back to you within one business day and do our best to resolve the issue.
