Alaska Javier is a fruity sweet wonder of flavor! It leads with juicy tropical fruit and sugary hazelnut, all bolstered by a sweet creamy body. This coffee has it all, a balance beam act of sweet, fruit, and body. It’s honey processed, meaning the seeds were dried with some of the fruit still attached, a processing method Costa Rica has been perfecting for years now. Generally, honey processed coffee show a bit more sweetness, fruit character, and body in the cup than similar washed coffees.

This coffee comes from the Brunca coffee growing region of Costa Rica, from Finca Alaska located on the slopes of Costa Rica’s largest volcano Chirripo!
