Flavors in the cup range from chocolate to fruit to spice. We find the acidity to have a plum and stone fruit character. The dominant flavor is cocoa, with hints of ginger, spice and licorice layered underneath. The body is in the medium range with a creamy quality. Overall it is a delicious, balanced and drinkable decaf!
