From high in the Andes in southern Peru, near Cusco and Machu Picchu, comes this stunning coffee. Pacaybamba is a deep, comforting, highly drinkable coffee with lots of caramelized sugar and vanilla sweetness in the cup. Digging deeper, we find hints of praline, dried red fruit, and wisps of floral aromas. What’s in a name? Pacaybamba is the community in the Incahuasi Valley that produces this fine coffee. This coffee is certified Organic and Fair Trade.
