I have to admit, it is one of my favorite things of ours, and it hits the spot on a hot afternoon in the roasting house. Here are the instructions on how to brew our regular iced coffee and how to make our maple syrup iced coffee. Enjoy!

Rather than hot-brewing and then cooling the coffee, I recommend this cold-brewing method, which I used with your Aurora Blend on Saturday morning, to wonderful effect:

Next time, I’ll have to try adding the maple syrup!
