Nordico is our flagship espresso. It stands on its own as a syrupy straight shot, and really shines with steamed milk. It is sweet and deeply chocolatey, with hints of berries, orange, cinnamon and hazelnut. This blend is also fantastic as a brewed coffee or an iced coffee!
Let's talk beans. Nordico is built around stellar Brazilian coffees from small family farms in the Sul de Minas region. They're rich and chocolatey with a kiss of sweet fruit. The current Brazilian lot comes from a farm called Sitio Taquara. Currently, the other half of the blend is Peru Finca Matapalo, one of three coffee farms operated by our Peruvian partners Shared-X. This is our second year roasting coffee from Matapalo and we're thrilled to be offering vertically integrated coffee from Peru!
