All coffee orders are roasted fresh every Monday - Thursday, with a day off on Fridays. Orders will be shipped no more than 2 business days after the order is placed on Monday - Wednesday before 12 pm. If an order is placed after 12 pm on Wednesday, it will be roasted and shipped that following Monday. Happy Shopping!
