Passiflora is a micro-regional lot featuring coffee from 20 smallholder coffee farmers in Planadas, Tolima. The farmers are members of the AGPROCEM co-op and work with Cedro Alto, a coffee farmer collective, that connects coffee producers more directly with roasters. This coffee has a big rich flavor profile featuring notes of red grape and malted chocolate with a creamy body and a soft citrus acidity.
