This Fair Trade and Organic blend hails from the COMSA co-op in Honduras and is roasted in two separate batches. The first is a medium roast, and the second is a dark roast. After roasting, the coffee is then blended together. The finished cup highlights dark chocolate and caramel notes with a smooth, creamy finish. It's our #1 seller for a reason!
