STEP 1
Fill kettle with purified water and boil.

STEP 2
Fold the vertical side of the textured filter paper, then fold the bottom of the filter paper twice. This will allow the filter to fit the cone.

STEP 3
Wet the paper filter, then discard the water.

STEP 4
Measure out 24 grams of coffee, grind using a medium fine setting, and place in the Bee House cone.

STEP 5
Pour 48 grams of water (twice the weight of beans) in a circular motion till your scale reads 72 grams, and let the beans bloom for 30-40 seconds.

STEP 6
After the beans have bloomed, pour the water in a circular continual speed until you reach 400 grams.

STEP 7
After all of the water has filtered down, throw the grounds and filter into the compost, and enjoy your cup of coffee!
