Sales & Marketing Lead
The Sales & Marketing Lead is a key player on our team, creating and driving our brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. Working with various partners, this individual must possess the ability to work with a team of individuals and delegate tasks appropriately. The Sales & Marketing Lead is also in charge of meeting eCommerce sales goals. They create a seamless customer experience, connecting customers with our product and team.
Production Assistant
The Production Assistant plays a critical role on the One Village Coffee team. They ensure customers’
orders are processed correctly and efficiently on a daily basis. The primary responsibilities for this
position include weighing and packaging coffee, filling and shipping orders, and maintaining cleanliness
and organization in the warehouse. The Production Assistant works closely with the production team, so
excellent communication skills are essential. This position is physically demanding and handiness with
tools is a definite advantage in Production, and a background in the coffee industry is highly desirable.
