The Story
This lovely fruit forward natural processed lot from the famed Sidamo region of Ethiopia comes to us from the Shanta Golba co-op. Shanta Golba is one of 45 co-ops under the umbrella organization Sidamo Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU for short).
Natural processed coffees are dried with the coffee cherry fruit intact, like a raisin, then the seeds are removed at the end of the process. The result is a full bodied, fruity cup of coffee! This lot pops with notes of orange, strawberry, pineapple, melon and finishes with creamy milk chocolate.
