WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The ever worrisome question asked when you wake up in the morning, open your cupboard and don't see any coffee sitting in it's usual spot! In hopes to make sure this doesn't happen to you, here is a helpful guide when placing your online orders:
  • We roast coffee Monday - Thursday of every week
    • Disruptions to this schedule are possible due to a holiday or as the result of bad weather (hello PA winters). However, we will make it a point to warn you via Social Media (follow us @1villagecoffee) and through an Enewsletter (sign up here)
  • It will take up to 5 business days when processing your online coffee orders. Meaning, from the time you place your online order to the time it's scheduled to be roasted, it can take up to 5 business days. Make sure to plan your orders accordingly!

WHAT IS YOUR DONATION POLICY?

We at One Village Coffee are always seeking out ways to give back to the community, both in and around the Philadelphia area!  With a commitment to our neighbors, we feel it is our mission to provide great coffee to everyone who seeks it out.  However, in order to focus our resources in the hopes of making an impact, all individuals seeking a donation need to complete this:

WHAT ARE TASTING NOTES?

Have you ever noticed the coffee descriptors or sentences printed on each bag of coffee? Some say Dark Chocolate & Smoke, while others say Chocolate, Honey, Almond & Raisin and so forth. Why so many flavors? Well, we don't add anything to the coffee if that's what you're wondering (great news for those with chocolate or nut allergies), but it's simply our opinion of what we think the coffee tastes like.

Since each coffee tastes different from one another, our goal is to help you distinguish which one to choose from based on items you already know and like!


CAN I PAUSE MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

Absolutely! Simply send us an e-mail or give us a call with all of your details handy, and we'll take care of it for you. Yes, it's really that easy!

DO YOU HAVE DECAF COFFEE?

We sure do, and it's even decaffeinated without the use of chemicals. We call it Nightingale Decaf and you can find it here!
