Finca Clave de Sol, from producer Betty Perez, drinks like a dreamy beach cocktail! The flavor profile is a straight up tropical fruit party. We’re talking notes of mango, grape, raspberry, and grapefruit. Why so fruity? It’s a natural process coffee, meaning the beans were dried in the coffee cherry fruit.

Not only is Betty Perez’s coffee an aromatic, fruited delight in the cup, but she is also a super-inspiring leader in both her local community of Marcala, Honduras and the global coffee industry. If you’re lucky, you’ve seen her speak on a panel at a coffee convention delivering equal parts intelligent and moving insights into smallholder coffee farmers’ struggles for gender equality and social justice.
