Approximately 200 members of the Muharate Farmers’ Cooperative contributed to this lot. These small holder specialty coffee farms, averaging at just a half acre each, are located on the slopes of the picturesque Kikpkelion hill in Kenya.
Coffee here is handpicked and then delivered to the only wet mill in the region. Once at the wet mill it is sorted, pulped and fermented using river water. It is then dried on raised beds or in covered green-house like structures on raised beds during the rainy seasonWe only have a small amount of this incredible coffee to roast for y'all, so act quick before it sells out!
