From the heart of Africa, we are bringing you this sweet tropical fruit bomb, a single variety coffee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This coffee is grown in the Northeast border of DRC in the Kirumba Region. This region is known to have some of the best coffee growing conditions in the country. The high altitude, heavy rainfall and fertile volcanic soil give this coffee its juicy and complex profile.
In the cup, we found ripe peach, apricot and pear smothered in raw honey with a splash of vanilla and a bouquet of lemon blossoms!
