About The Grower | This approachable coffee comes from the Cusco region, in the south east corner of Peru, high up in the Peruvian Andes.  Cusco was once the capital of the Inca empire and much of the ruins are still seen there today.  The growing conditions are almost perfect in this area, being so high up in the mountains the coffee can form all the sugars that make this coffee so sweet.
