This coffee is an understated beauty, round and balanced, deeply sweet and a tad juicy with subtle acidity. The flavor profile is one of my favorite types - humble, perfectly structured coffee that doesn’t draw much attention to itself while being incredibly delicious! This lot is produced from 100% Caturra variety trees from a farm called La Travesía located in the famed Antigua region of Guatemala. Look for layered deep notes of chocolate, brown sugar and honey with just a bit of dried red fruit and pastry-like richness.
