Co Medium Dark Blend is a sweet, rich and balanced roast featuring hints of caramel, chocolate, nuts, and a wisp of dried fruit. Two coffees come together to make up the blend. The first hails from central Peru, from impact farming company Shared-X’s farms Matapalo and Cinco Corazones, plus contributions from neighboring farmers who are members of the Copaceyba Co-op. The second coffee is produced by the COCAPEC co-op in the Mogiana region of Brazil which sits on the border of the states of São Paolo and Minas Gerais. Cheers!
